Express Cables offer fixed, flat-rate or free shipping for all orders over $75 within Australia.
Processing Times
Orders are processed on Monday through to Friday and if products are in stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We have stock in multiple warehouses in Australia and Hong Kong to help cut down on delivery times.
Please Note: The cut off for Fastway Couriers is 3.00pm (ESDT). Any orders received after 3.00pm may ship the following business day.

International Shipping
Purchasing from overseas?
We are happy to ship to most countries. We use either DHL, or FedEx for all International orders. An Express Cables sales team member will contact you with the exact amount required for shipping your order, once it has been packed and weighed. We then ask that you use PayPal to transfer the required amount, so we can arrange shipment of your order.
International Taxes and Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and / or Customs charges.
All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your order. Express Cables is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
Unclaimed Items
All shipments returned to Express Cables are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by Fastway Couriers (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.
When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for re–shipment. All re-shipments incur reshipment fees that are the same as Express Cables standard shipping fees.
Re–shipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.
In the event where our attempts to contact you to obtain correct address details and/or to organise payment for re–shipment have failed, we will process a refund for the original amount paid minus our initial shipping cost and the return to sender fee. The amount deducted will be in accordance with the current rates set out by the carrier that was used to ship your order.
Return to Sender Fee and Re-shipment Fees
- Current Fastway Couriers Return to Sender Fee is $10.00 ex GST
A tax invoice will be supplied for any additional fees paid. In the case of a refund, an adjustment tax invoice will be supplied outlining the original transaction amount and the additional fees deducted from the refund provided.
